Pick-up, swap or return your e-bike in your own city? Once a week we’re stationed on a central location in several major cities in The Netherlands. Please, make an appointment beforehand.
At the service points you can pick up, swap or return your e-bike 6 days a week via appointment. You decide when you’d like to come by. The service points are located in the KwikFit stores.
Did you order an e-bike? Be patient, just for a little bit. Within 3 days we’ll phone you to pick a date for your appointment. Still having questions? Our customer service is ready to help you via phone, WhatsApp or email.
Is your e-bike not functioning properly? That’s annoying! Register the defect and we’ll make sure to swap your e-bike as soon as possible so you can ride around carefree again.
Do you no longer use the e-bike? No problem. Make sure to let us know via the cancellation form. Our team will contact you to return the e-bike to the right location. It won’t take long.
